Onion Vetha Kolambu with Rice and Paruppu Thogayal with Papad and curd

Vetha Kozhambu is a thick form of Sambar as in Sambar we put Toor Dal but for Vetha no Dal is required. You can keep it for two days ad eat as we use gingerly oil for this. Thogayal is a thick form of chutney. In this we use that deal red mirchi coconut roast and make a paste. In chutnies we use veggies but this is only Dal. Have a spicy lunch.
