Today I am serving, Dal Makhani, Baingan Bhartha, Steamed Rice, Ghee Rotis.
Dal Makhani is made of sabit Urad and few Rajma added in thick creamy gravy, to give a perfect flavor and aroma. I have also made Baingan Bhartha in which Brinjals are first roasted and then mixed with Onion, Tomatoes and spices to give a delightful taste. You can relish this tasteful delights with Ghee Rotis & Steamed Rice.
