Aloo Paratha, Chana Masala, Green Chutney & Plain Curd

Today I am serving Aloo Paratha ,Chana Masala,Green Chutney and Plain Curd. Aloo Parathas are perfect for brunch. Parathas are one of the Indian whole wheat flat bread. The ingredients used in it are boiled Potatoes, Spring Onion, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger & is cooked in Ghee. I have teamed it with Chana Masala which is cooked in Tomato and Onion Gravy with Indian spices. Green Chutney is a side dish in the meal made of Coriander, Garlic and Green Chilies.
