Intern with Homely in Summer of 17’!

Applications are now open for Homely Class of 2017 Summer Internships. We’re looking for 4-5 driven, passionate interns to join us for our 2nd cohort this summer! If you want to work with one of the Mumbai’s coolest & leanest startup and work with founding team directly into solving day to day growth hacks, look no further than an internship with team Homely!

Our Technical Interns work very closely with our Operations team to help with front-end and back-end coding, UI/UX, and development for both mobile and web. The experience gained over the course of 2-3 months is invaluable for our tech interns- after all, you’re not just working with one module or a process but you are almost our Solution Architect.

Our Design Interns contribute in many ways: our startup is always looking for wireframes, PSDs, deck designs, marketing literature, communication collaterals and UI/UX work. Physical product design experience is a huge plus. Design Interns will also help the Team Homely in designing our Food packaging and graphics for social media. Simply put, the job is to change the brand experience at every customer touch point. Product, Graphics, Animation Designers & other creative minds can apply.

Our Business Process Design Interns will work closely with our Operations team as a process consultants to design & implement processes across the business value chain. Essentially, we are looking for Supply Chain Management experts, who will help us design the inventory management system, drive efficiencies in both inbound and outbound logistics and look for opportunities to streamline the value chain to deliver customer delight.

Our Customer Acquisition Strategy Interns will be our growth drivers in B2C as well as B2B spaces. They will carve out a strategy and ensure implementation of a well-balanced Revenue portfolio with an emphasis on Large Corporate tie ups, Partner with other brands for co- branding opportunities, relationship management and Business Development. They will analyze the consumer insights & historic data to craft a robust customer acquisition strategy & drive business growth.

Our Brand Activation Interns will help in driving consumer actions through brand interactions & experiences. They will be Designer-in-Chief of various Brand Acts which will get customers to act and help enliven the Homely brand, via experiences and help the brand form long term emotional connections. Since today, lot of brand interactions happen in Digital world, they will be also custodian of Business Intelligence driven Digital Strategy & ensure its implementation across various digital platforms. Simply put, they will be Brand Managers for Homely.

Tenure: The Summer Internships will begin from 1st April and some may continue till Mid July 2017. We are looking for candidates who will be joining us fulltime for a 2 or 3 months Internship opportunities during above period, with joining dates and ‘Good bye’ dates falling within above tenure.

Educational Background
We don’t read too much into Grades, Degrees & Certificates, as long as you have required skillsets, right approach & experience for a particular role, you should make a good fit!
