BAKE BAKE BAKE

Recipes are usually passed from generation to generation, it becomes part of heritages. They go from generation to generation. They become part of a culture. One of the most amazing things about baking is that it can be used to bake sweets and salty goods as well.

You probably think of baking as a means to an end. The means are mixing the ingredients. But in truth, baking is more complex than that. It's essential chemistry, and there's a lot more going on. Heat is gradually transferred from the surface top, and further to the center.

  1. BAKING AT SEASONAL TIMES BE LIKE:

When it comes to baking in the summer, the fruit is often the centerpiece. Strawberries, mangoes, limes, and a wide variety of melons are commonplace. Homemade cream mixed with berries also finds its way into many summertime desserts. Muffins and pastries with exotic fruit flavors also stand out this time of year. Then there are the cakes. From decadent to fun, there is an abundance of variety available when it comes to summertime cakes. When it comes to baking in the summer, the fruit is often the centerpiece.

  1. ROASTING OR BAKING:

In general, roasting refers to cooking something in the oven at a very high temperature, around 400 F or hotter, whereas baking might employ a lower temperature, like 325 to 375 F. But these are not absolute definitions. Regardless of what you call them, roasting and baking are both dry-heat cooking methods that use the oven and are used to cook meat, roast vegetables, bake cakes, and more.

  1. VEGAN  BAKING:

The ingredients are vegetarian; egg and dairy substance is vegan. Insect secretions are also vegan such as honey.

Example: Whole wheat olive oil and tomato tart.

  1. SOLAR OVEN BAKING:

Solar ovens use solar energy—light, and heat emitted from the sun—to cook food. They can also be used to pasteurize water or even sterilize instruments. How does a solar oven work? The simple answer is that it is designed to absorb more heat than it releases. For example pizza, omelets, rice…….so on.

  1. GAS OVEN BAKING:

Probably in most of the traditional cooking functions, a gas oven works by heat rising from a burner at the base of the oven. The result is an oven temperature that varies from hottest at the bottom to slightly less hot at the top. Example: khaman dhokla, steaming-momo, and so on.

  1. GRILL BAKING:

The outdoor grill should be an extension of the outdoor kitchen. Anything you can bake in an outdoor kitchen oven – barbeques, pies, brownies, pizza, and coffee cake -- can be baked on a gas or charcoal grill, and you don't need to adjust the recipes.

  1. TRADITIONAL STOVE BAKING:

Traditionally they are baked inside a very hot clay tandoor oven, with charcoal or hence fill the inside of the flatbread with air pockets and bake them to perfection. The food is made on a stovetop, using a very hot cast-iron skillet. Example: naan

Overall baking is much précised and caring craft. The art of baking something is much more complex than making something else. Baking can be a rewarding activity, for everyone loves to add a little sweetness or salty goodness to their lives.
